Our team crafted an immersive Flamin’ Hot Cheeto branded role-playing activity for FritoLay employees. This gamified training, designed for navigating workplace change, comprised a game microsite, presentation deck, and participant guides.
Participants engaged in an instructor-led game, centered on a FritoLay prompt (Cheeto pop-up restaurants). The activity simulated various dining scenarios reflecting the challenges of change within themed roles at the Cheeto pop-up restaurant.
The high impact training materials and microsite were delivered to multiple team structures throughout FritoLay, and integrated into their company HR training procedures.
As of 2023, hundreds of employees and strategic FritoLay teams have taken the Navigating Change learning experience and completed the Flamin’ Hot training.
